In the deep blue sky the globe is silhouetted, within which is enclosed the creation renewed by the sacrifice of CHRIST.

The sun and the moon shine forth molded by the DIVINE CREATOR, symbols of day and night around which alternate our daily lives .

Among the stars we see the silhouette of SAINT FRANCIS walking with outstretched arms participating in the MISSION of Jesus through the CALLING and WITNESS OF FRATERNAL LIFE of his sons.

Inspired by the HOLY SPIRIT, FRANCIS and his sons, witnesses of UNIVERSAL BROTHERHOOD, lift up their praises to GOD for the beauty of creation and for the variety in the union of the cultures of the world symbolized by the symphony of colors within the one flag.
